Spanish recipe : Gambas al ajillo
This recipe comes straight from Andalusia. Very easy and quick to cook, discover the flavours of the south of Spain with this recipe of  Gambas al ajillo!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 400g of prawns and shrimps
– 6 garlic cloves
– Bunch of parsley
– 2 small chilli pepper
– 1 glass of white wine
– Olive oil
– Salt
1) Peel the prawns, peel the garlic, cut into thin slices and chop the parsley.
2) In an earthenware dish (or in a pan), pour a base of olive oil and put on fire.
3) Once oilis hot, add the garlic and chilli cut in half. Cook until the garlic starts turning brown (about 2/3 min).
4) Add the prawns, parsley, a little salt and cook for 2/3 min.
5) Then pour the white wine, stir and then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
6) Remove from heat, cover, keep for a few minutes and serve it.
Here it is ready! It was easy, isn’t it ? And you’ll see it is delicious !
