Salade Ride The Flavour et ses oeufs mollets!

The recipe is detailed below!


– ½ salad (red oak-leaf salad)
– 2 eggs
– 100 g bacon strips
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 apple
– Pine kernels
– Bread
– Goat cheese
– Honey
– (olive oil + vinegar + mustard) for the salad dressing

1) Prepare soft-boiled eggs: using a pointed knife, delicately pierce the wider side of the eggs. Put the eggs into boiling water and let them in during 5 minutes before taking them out and drown them into cold water (to stop the cooking). Carefully remove the shell, and you are done!

2) Fry the bacon strips in a pan

3) Cut the tomatoes and the apple in slices (or the way you want, depending on how you want to plate your dish!)

4) Grill the pine kernels in a pan (without fat)

5) Prepare goat cheese and honey toasts: cut the bread in slices. Spread honey (your favorite one!) on the bread and then place a slice of goat cheese on top. Put the toasts in the oven, grill mode, until the goat cheese has melted. Take them out, and you are done!

6) Prepare a salad dressing as you like. The basic one: 3 tablespoons olive oil to 1 vinegar, a little bit of mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper.
